Two very different sisters inherit their family home and find themselves among dusty furniture, forgotten letters and an overgrown garden. Amid old rivalries and surprising truths, a musical cabaret with French chansons unfolds this evening in the pavilion of the Baldreit garden.
“Ein Haus für zwei Schwestern” carries the subtitle “Wer erbt, muss auch gießen” (whoever inherits must also do the watering) and combines acted scenes with French chansons. On stage are Barbara Mauch and Romina Becker, with Gotthard Kugle accompanying on piano. It is a production by Theater NachtWerk as part of the Summer Theatre in the Baldreit Garden.
