Trees in a well-tended park landscape need more attention than is apparent from the outside. Gardeners and planners from the parks department give an insight into the care of the trees and shrubs on the Michaelsberg and explain the thinking behind pruning, preservation and replanting.
The tour is part of the “Park- und Gartenführungen 2026” series, which presents various municipal grounds from April to October. The meeting point is the Trinkhalle (pump room) on the Kaiserallee, from where it continues to the Michaelsberg.
