Bellini (Bellini Bar e Ristorante) is an Italian restaurant in the Kurhaus (spa house) on Kaiserallee in Baden-Baden. It opened in July 2026 and runs as a pop-up for a limited time, expected to close at the end of January 2027.[1][2] It is operated by the Rizzi group, led by Baden-Baden restaurateur Peter Schreck.[3] The premises previously housed the Hectors restaurant, which had little success.[4] Bellini helps bridge the vacancy until a permanent tenant is found.
Concept and cuisine
Under head chef Marcello Gallotti, the kitchen has a Roman focus, ranging from pizza and pasta to dishes such as beef fillet with truffle.[3] Alongside the restaurant, Bellini runs a café and bar, from espresso in the morning to aperitivo in the evening.
The interior was designed by florist Thomas Seith and features lavish flower arrangements, bold colours and opulent patterns.[1]
Visiting
Bellini sits inside the Kurhaus, right next to the casino. It is open daily from 10 am, until 11 pm from Sunday to Thursday and until 2 am on Friday and Saturday. Hot food is served from noon to 10 pm.
